APPOINTMENT & POLICY INFORMATION
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for my time and other clients, the following policies are strictly enforced.
Deposits & Payment:
• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments.
• The deposit is applied toward your service total.
• Remaining balance is due at the end of your session.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance may transfer the deposit to a future appointment.
• Reschedules within 48 hours will incur a $25 rescheduling fee.
• Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours will be charged the full-service amount.
• If you are unable to reschedule within 48 hours, the session will be considered a cancellation and the full-service fee will apply.
No-Show Policy:
Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of the full session fee.
Refund Policy:
All sales are final.
Deposits and completed services are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for scheduling conflicts, missed appointments, or failure to review policies prior to booking.
By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all policies listed above.
Late Arrivals:
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early.
If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time and the full-service fee will still apply.
Professional Conduct:
The Essence of Renewal maintains a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior.
Any sexual or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session and permanent dismissal from the practice.
Communication:
Due to being in sessions throughout the day, text or email is preferred for communication. Please allow 24–48 hours for a response.
What should I expect during my first visit?
Your session begins with a brief consultation to review health history, goals, and areas of concern. Each massage is customized to your needs — whether therapeutic, relaxation-focused, or TMJ-specific.What should I wear?
Undress to your comfort level. You will always be professionally draped. Only the area being worked on will be exposed.Do you offer TMJ massage?
Yes. TMJ sessions may include intra-oral (inside the mouth) work when appropriate. If you are not comfortable with intra-oral techniques, please inform me and your session will be adjusted accordingly.Do you accept HSA/FSA?
Yes, if your plan allows massage therapy reimbursement. Please check with your provider for eligibility requirements.What forms of payment are accepted?
Cash, debit/credit cards, and approved digital payment methods are accepted.Do you require a deposit?
